Italian Restaurant in Aix-en-Provence

La Dolce Serata, the sweetness of life and the flavours of Italy.

An exclusive venue in Aix-en-Provence, to the rhythm of the Dolce Vita

When the French art of living meets the Tuscan Dolce Vita of the 1950s, it is a happy marriage! Dolce Serata, Villa Gallici's new pop-up gourmet venue, is an invitation to enjoy an exceptional moment. Nestled on the terrace overlooking the pool and the garden, this delicate setting welcomes you for an Italian interlude of conviviality and indulgence.

At aperitif time, for lunch or dinner, a delicious scent of Dolce Vita fills the air: 1950s music recalling the golden age of Italian cinema, hand-painted tableware, Italian glassware, wrought-iron armchairs and coffee tables… And the pleasure of gathering around authentic, heartfelt Italian cuisine, imbued with a love of conviviality…

All the flavours of Italy, through exceptional produce

In this venue with its delicate atmosphere, combining simplicity, old-fashioned charm and conviviality, the invitation to travel continues on the menu. Our chef Christophe Gavot offers a selection of iconic Italian specialities and dishes, showcasing produce chosen for its exceptional quality: here a magnificent Burrata from Puglia, there the emblematic cheeses, homemade ravioli, pinsa Romana, linguine alle vongole or pistachio semifreddo. Let yourself be guided and set off to discover the flavours of Florence, Capri, Naples... where the art of living and of tasting come together in every tense.

The drinks menu

On the wine list, Villa Gallici's sommelier has selected white and red wines sourced directly from small Italian producers. Original gems and rare finds sit alongside a fine selection of traditional aperitifs (bitter, martini) and house cocktails, with notes of citrus and bitterness here and there to surprise and tantalise the taste buds. For soft drinks, organic and artisanal products from Italy.
