La Taula Gallici, a unique gastronomic experience
A culinary journey between Provence and Italy
La Taula Gallici restaurant invites you to savour cuisine with Provençal and Italian accents, touched with inventiveness. "La Taula" means "the table" in Provençal; it was only natural to pair it with the Italian name Gallici.
First, on the terrace, beneath majestic plane trees. The terrace has the air of a Florentine patio and transports you to an elegant, bucolic atmosphere, far from the bustle of King René's city. In the evening, the tables glow with a thousand candles as dishes follow one another on your white-clothed table.

La Taula Gallici, the quintessence of flavour.

An ode to charm and serenity
Then in the lounge, where the atmosphere is as cosy and intimate as the bastide itself. Settled in welcoming tub armchairs, give in to indulgence. Taste refined, stylised cuisine in which tradition meets the exotic.
Refinement & Taste
Our Chef Christophe GAVOT and his brigade create inspired cuisine every day, using the finest seasonal produce.
In a unique and enchanting setting, savour dishes in which the flavours of Provence and Italy are harmoniously balanced while embracing new culinary trends.
Discover our Roast saddle of Sisteron lamb, small fillet with a fine Bronte pistachio stuffing and baby spinach, balsamic vinegar reduction, or our homemade ravioli vitello tonnato style, with a confit tomato, olive and caper condiment and lemon pepper...
To complete this culinary experience, our maître d'hôtel Sébastien Montero will guide you through the tasting and introduce you to the enchanting world of Villa Gallici, a world that will surprise you throughout the à la carte and set menus. These change with the seasons to offer you fresh, local produce.

Chef Christophe GAVOT
Chef Christophe GAVOT, a "Maître Restaurateur", has led the kitchens of La Taula Gallici since 2003. With his brigade, he offers refined cuisine that changes with the seasons and focuses on the quality of the produce, with particular emphasis on mastery of cooking and seasoning.
Every day, he strives for excellence. A rigour and taste for perfection inherited from his time with prestigious French chefs.
A graduate of the Monaco Hotel School, the Chef cut his teeth in Corsica and Switzerland before embarking on the liner Mermoz under Jean Abauzit, Maître Cuisinier de France.
Back on dry land, Christophe Gavot joined the team of Jean-Pierre Pestre, Maître Cuisinier de France, as sous-chef. Pestre was then working at the Vista Palace Hotel in Roquebrune-Cap-Martin, above Monaco.
He continued his career alongside Frédéric Milan at the opening of the 5-star Relais & Châteaux Château de Mirambeau near Bordeaux.
Today, Christophe Gavot shares his experience with his teams at the heart of an Aix institution that is particularly dear to him.
